• Ruth Fisher was born on March 26 1926, in Logan Cache County Utah, USA, to John Henry Reusser and Susan Florence Reusser. Ruth had one sibling: Kenneth Joseph Reusser. Ruth married Willie B. Bill Fisher on June 12 1945, at age 19 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA.
