A24: Swiss Army Man Acclaimed music video directors Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan (“The Daniels”) premiered their debut buddy comedy SWISS ARMY MAN starring Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival. Punk distributor A24 invites you to unlock premium clips as the feature hits theaters this week. Hank, stranded on a deserted island and about to kill himself, notices a corpse washed up on the beach. He befriends it, naming it Manny, only to disc. One of the most classic and revered stories of all time, Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tarzan returns to the big screen for a new generation. Tarzan and Jane face a mercenary army dispatched by the evil CEO of Greystoke Energies, a man who took over the company from Tarzan's parents, after they died in a plane crash in the African jungle.

Hank (Dano), a man marooned on an island and at the verge of suicide, sees a corpse (Radcliffe) wash up on the beach and engages in a surreal friendship with it. Hank soon finds that his new friend, whom he names Manny, has the ability to talk and possesses many unusual supernatural powers.

The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 22, 2016. On January 30, 2016 the film was acquired for distribution by A24. The film was originally scheduled to be released on June 17, 2016, but was later moved back a week to June 24. A24 also acquired global rights to the film, and will partner with distributors who already acquired foreign rights to the film.

It is set for a wide release on July 1, as announced on the website.
