From the Wii main menu, use the Wii Remote to select the 'Wii Shop Channel.'
Select 'Start' to connect to the Wii Shop.
• If you have not previously accessed the Wii Shop Channel, you will need to read and agree to the User Agreement.
• A screen will appear asking you if you want to link a Club Nintendo account to your Wii Shop account. This step is optional, click 'Do not link' if you don't want to create this link.
Did you receive the message: 'The Wii Shop Channel is not currently available in your region?'
If you see this message when you try to access the Wii Shop Channel, then it appears your Wii console is set to the wrong region. To fix this:
1. Select 'Wii Options' in the lower-left corner of the Wii Menu.
2. Select 'Wii Settings' and click the right arrow twice to reach 'Wii System Settings 3.'
3. Select 'Country,' and use the down arrow to scroll down the list, then select 'United States' or 'Canada.'
4. You will be informed that you will need to accept the User Agreements. To do this, select 'User Agreements,' click 'Next,' and 'I Accept.'
5. Select 'OK', and try accessing the Wii Shop Channel again.
After a brief time connecting, select 'Start Shopping.'
You will be taken to the Wii Shop Channel main menu. Select 'Wii Channels.'
From Wii Channels, click on 'Netflix.' (If you don't see it listed, click the down arrow on the right to scroll through the available Wii Channels.)
Select 'Download - 0 Wii Points' on the 'Details' page.
You will then be asked to choose the download location. Select 'Wii System Memory.'
Select 'OK' on the 'Selection Confirmation' screen.
To begin the download, select 'Yes' on the 'Download Confirmation' screen. There is no cost for this download.
Netflix will begin to download to your Wii console. Select 'OK' when the download finishes.
Netflix has now been downloaded to your Wii console. Select 'Wii Menu' to exit the Wii Shop Channel and return to the Wii main menu.
You're all set! Select 'Netflix' on the Wii main menu to watch TV episodes and movies streaming to your TV via your Wii console.

• Power on your Xbox 360 and press the guide button (The X button in the center) on the Xbox 360 controller to bring up the menu. Then navigate to the “Settings” blade on the left side of the menu. Use the control stick to scroll down and select “System Settings.” Then press A.
• Select “Memory” from the menu, followed by “Hard Drive” and finally “Games.”
• A list will populate with all your saved data. Scroll through the list and delete all entries that have the word “Netflix” attached to them. This effectively deletes your account on the Xbox 360.
• Log in to the Netflix account associated with your Xbox 360 console (using a computer) and select “Netflix Ready Device Activation” from your “Account” page. Then choose the Xbox 360. Once you have selected the Xbox 360, use the “deactivate” function to remove the link between your console and the Netflix account.
• Find the Xbox Live marketplace (on your Xbox 360) and download the Netflix instant queue streaming utility. Once the application has been downloaded, launch it from the dashboard.
• Go back to Netflix on your computer and log in to the new account you want to use on your Xbox 360. Go back to the “Netflix Ready Device Activation” section and add the Xbox 360. You will receive an activation code.

Once a Netflix account has been removed from an Xbox 360, that particular account can never be restored on another Xbox 360, as each account only has one activation code associated with it.
