I recorded several times the DVD with the mentioned subtitles, and I always failed.
This means the subtitles always dissapear after about 3 minutes from start (the 10th title).
I tried to change the film nothing changes.
Interestingly on the DVD I found a new foilder
ULEADDMF
In this folder there is a file called:
DMF_ON_DVD.dwz

When I click on this file it automatically opens the COREL MF in EDIT DISC mode, imports the DVD content and in Corel window I see the complete film with allsubtitles.
I have no idea what else I should try to finish the DVD with subtitles.
